When using the car on track it is impossible to setup proper rear aliment with OEM arms. The more stress you put on the OEM arms the more the rubber on arm compresses and you loose what was very precisely set during car alignment.For that reason we have come up with rear adjustable rear toe links (adjustable track rods) that do not utilize rubber at all. Unfortunately, it also changes negatively original suspension geometry and kinematics. To prevent it, our wishbones and subframe combo provides modified suspension mounting points, which corrects bump steer and roll center for better car handling and responsiveness. Besides correction of roll center height, it also helps with camber gain (change of camber angle within suspension travel). In circuit racing, priority is to optimize it, to reduce positive camber in corners for better grip and that is what our additional mounting provides.To address this issue with the come up with our wishbones subframe set.The front mount of the wishbone is lowered on the subframe mount. When using the car on the track rear sway bar / anti-roll bar plays important role in cars handling. It is connected to the wishbones by sway bar links / anti-roll bar links. Those factory links tend to get loose and sloppy thus limiting the work of the sway bar. Even if new they have some plastic parts in them that bends then the force is applied making the anti-roll bars end links response slower.For that reason we have come up with rear anti-roll bar links kit. Our rear end links kit use metal to metal uniball to eliminate delay in sway bar/anti-roll bar response in the corner. Anti-squat suspensions are used to reduce body squat by altering the rear suspension so that the forces resulting from accelerating pass through the control arms and suspension linkage rather than through the coilovers or struts.In MQB, rear suspension we can define our anti-squat by inclination of a line which connects the wheel center and chassis mounting point of the trailing arm. Most of the cars are lowered with aftermarket suspension components. In the picture below the car is lowered and OEM wishbone (and our 0 setup) in MQB car has anti-squat line pointing down (red line), it means that the car has negative anti-squat value. It causes excessive suspension displacement under acceleration and reduces responsiveness.Here is helpful video about ani-squat -> Anti-Squat Suspension Geometry – ExplainedTo correct this we have come up with an adjustable rear trailing arm. When the wishbone in the car is used in 20 setup anti-squat value (green line) is corrected and it is back to factory settings.If the car wishbone is used in 40 setup anti-squat value (blue line). It makes suspension move even less, thus resulting in faster response of the car from stand still or when exiting the corner. Also when there is less suspension movement camber and toe are less affected (better predictability of the car).With the increase of anti-squat You also get higher values of rear anti-lift. It keeps Your rear suspension low under braking, which increases grip and car predictability.
